ANDREW CLARKE
Chief Executive Officer/Head of Strategy
Andrew has won every major strategic and creative award, from Gold Effies for effectiveness to D&AD Pencils for creative. But his greatest satisfaction is doing something that drives our Client’s business. He was previously head of brand strategy at JWT, Chiat/Day, Hal Riney & BSSP. He also had a very enjoyable time as Worldwide Head of Ideas at ZenithOptimedia, a title you couldn’t make up. He started BrassIdeas (Brass = Guts) to bring clients the best talent to solve their challenges. A self-confessed geek, his deep technology experience includes Microsoft, Twitter, Atlassian, HP, Dell, Micron, Cisco, Sprint, Verizon, Audible.com, SmartRecruiters and Galvanize and other technology leaders. He’s also worked on other passion projects such cars (MINI, Subaru) wine (BV Vineyards, Glen Ellen) and golf (TaylorMade, Mizuno). He also likes shaking up financial services, having worked on the launch of iShares, Morgan Stanley Online and Silicon Valley Bank. Married with two kids, Andrew lives in San Francisco. He loves to ski, play golf, go hiking and very occasionally, do stand-up comedy.

JERRY GENTILE

Chief Creative Officer
Jerry has won every creative award there is to win. He led Chiat/Day’s creative group for 20 years, through their most successful era ever and served on the board of TBWA. Jerry’s ultimate goal is to take brands into areas where they never thought they could go. And create a place for them in the hearts and minds of consumers.  Along with making the Energizer Bunny a national icon, helping Sony PlayStation become a brand leader and The Weather Channel must-see television, Jerry’s always enjoyed working on challenger brands, where it is imperative to outsmart your competition rather than to outspend them.  Jerry lives with his partner Sally, their children and what seems like hundreds of dinner guests (Jerry is a fantastic cook, though he would never say that.) A very good golfer, Jerry has somehow contrived to have a losing record against Andrew, a rather poor golfer, over the last 25 years. It drives him nuts.

EVYN ZELL

Chief Client Officer
Evyn is an advocate for ideas that connect in meaningful ways and drive her client’s brand and business. • She’s known for mastering high level strategies and detailed go-to-market plans. • During her 18-years at BBDO, Evyn helped some of America’s most recognizable financial services brands navigate crisis and transformation. • She’s worked across all facets of the industry, including consumer & small business banking, home lending, credit cards, wealth management, and commercial banking. • Evyn also has experience working with technology brands (Meta, ServiceNow, Verizon) and CPG (P&G/Gillette, Dreyer’s/Edy’s, Beringer Wines). • Along the way, her campaigns have surpassed brand & business metrics and garnered Effies, Clios and Lions.
